 | Toegepast 16: Les Nouveaux | | 13/10/2011 | | Coaches Ti+Hann have stimulated 5 young designers for the 16th edition of Toegepast (an initiative by Platform Limburg). The selected designers are: Niek Kosten, Lore Langendries, Jyun Riyou, Dik Scheepers and Shana Teughels. They show new work in the exhibition in Hasselt and publish work in a newspaper that is available through Belgium (free). With this exhibition Ti+Hann round up their own Toegepast story: they were both laureates of res. Toegepast 11 and 12, were selected as coaches for Toegepast 15 and 16 and pass it all on to the next coach in 2012.

 | All is fake, without cake | | 10/10/2011 | | Based on Lesley Gore's 1960s song 'It's my party & I cry if I want to' Ti+Hann present the 'All is fake, without cake' A/W collection '11-'12. This season they have also invited a guest : H. Pille, who was their favorite teacher at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. "We were in full admiration of her revolutionary view on women's wear and her ability to create comfortable, yet beautiful dresses with an extraordinary cut." This collaboration results in 3 dresses.
